Job Description

Build a legacy of quality Our mission is simple: deliver products that meet the highest bar for safety, compliance, and performance. As our Quality Engineering and Inspection Team Lead, you will architect and continuously refine the systems that make this mission real across manufacturing. Your mission Design, implement, sustain, and enhance the Quality Management System (QMS) so it scales with our growth. Provide clear reporting to senior management on QMS health, KPIs, and prioritized improvements. Champion regulatory awareness and customer expectations, translating them into daily practices. Instill a team-wide mindset where quality and process improvement are shared responsibilities. Where you'll focus Create and verify a training program that delivers measurable effectiveness. Lead internal audits and manage NMR, CAR, and PAR processes, while driving the Continuous Improvement Program. Establish inspection systems that proactively prevent defects and swiftly detect any that emerge. Mentor, train, motivate, and guide Inspection personnel and Quality Engineer(s) to grow into independent problem-solvers. Partner with cross-functional leaders and take on additional initiatives assigned by the Director of Operations or CEO. Ensure full alignment with the latest ISO 9001 and
ISO 13485
standards. Outcomes that define success Quality objectives embedded in the QMS are met and consistently surpassed year over year. Your team thrives—capable, confident, and effective whether you are in the room or not. Experience you'll need 2-5 years in a quality or inspection role. Demonstrated experience with ISO 9001 and/or
ISO 13485.
Preferred:
