Job Description

oin the LifeWays team and help drive meaningful change through data, innovation, and continuous improvement. Under the supervision of the Director of Quality Management, the Quality Improvement Specialist II supports agency-wide quality initiatives by analyzing performance data, improving processes, coordinating audits, and helping teams achieve compliance and organizational goals. What You'll Do Analyze data, trends, and performance measures to support quality improvement efforts Coordinate and support internal and external audits, accreditation, and compliance activities Develop reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using Power BI and other tools Lead or support process improvement projects and corrective action plans Assist teams in developing key performance indicators (KPIs) and outcome measures Facilitate trainings, quality improvement initiatives, and cross-functional workgroups Support strategic planning and continuous quality improvement efforts across the agency Monitor program effectiveness and help departments make data-driven decisions What We're Looking For Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Experience with quality improvement, auditing, compliance, or healthcare data preferred Knowledge of accreditation standards such as CARF and MDHHS preferred Experience with reporting tools, dashboards, and data analysis Ability to collaborate across teams and communicate findings effectively Passion for improving systems, outcomes, and organizational performance If you are detail-oriented, data-driven, and passionate about improving quality and outcomes in behavioral health services, we encourage you to apply. Required Education/Certification/Licensure Bachelor's degree in related field. Preferred Education/Certification/Licensure/Professional Experience Master's degree in health care related field.
