Under the supervision of the Director of Quality Management, the Quality Improvement Specialist II supports agency-wide quality initiatives by analyzing performance data, improving processes, coordinating audits, and helping teams achieve compliance and organizational goals. What Youll Do Analyze data, trends, and performance measures to support quality improvement effortsCoordinate and support internal and external audits, accreditation, and compliance activitiesDevelop reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using Power BI and other toolsLead or support process improvement projects and corrective action plansAssist teams in developing key performance indicators (KPIs) and outcome measuresFacilitate trainings, quality improvement initiatives, and cross-functional workgroupsSupport strategic planning and continuous quality improvement efforts across the agencyMonitor program effectiveness and help departments make data-driven decisions What Were Looking For Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skillsExperience with quality improvement, auditing, compliance, or healthcare data preferredKnowledge of accreditation standards such as CARF and MDHHS preferredExperience with reporting tools, dashboards, and data analysisAbility to collaborate across teams and communicate findings effectivelyPassion for improving systems, outcomes, and organizational performance If you are detail-oriented, data-driven, and passionate about improving quality and outcomes in behavioral health services, we encourage you to apply.
