Quality Technician II — Aerospace CNC Manufacturing Kalamazoo, MI | $24-$30/hr + Benefits | Day shift 4 days A growing precision manufacturing company in the Kalamazoo area is seeking a Quality Technician II to support inspection, documentation, and quality compliance within an aerospace CNC manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on inspection role for someone who enjoys blueprint reading, GD&T, dimensional inspection, First Article Inspection, and working closely with machinists and manufacturing teams to keep quality standards high. What You'll Be Doing • Perform in-process, final, and receiving inspections on CNC machined components Read and interpret aerospace blueprints, specifications, and GD&T requirements Support First Article Inspections and inspection documentation packages Zone and balloon engineering drawings for inspection planning Select proper gaging and inspection methods for dimensional verification Use inspection tools such as micrometers, calipers, bore gauges, optical comparator, and surface plate equipment Support nonconforming material review, root cause analysis, and corrective actions Partner with machinists, engineers, and supervisors to resolve quality issues What We're Looking For • 3+ years of quality inspection experience Aerospace or precision machining background preferred Strong blueprint reading and GD&T interpretation skills Experience with inspection reports, quality documentation, and dimensional verification "AS9102" First Article Inspection experience preferred Basic "CMM" operation preferred Working knowledge of "AS9100" preferred Comfortable working onsite in the Kalamazoo, MI area #LI-NM1 ???????MOHR Talent is an equal-opportunity employer and complies with all applicable federal, state, and local nondiscrimination laws.
