Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. This position involves utilizing various precision measuring instruments and quality control techniques to analyze and inspect materials and products throughout the manufacturing process. The Quality Technician will work closely with production teams to maintain standards, contributing to the overall success of our operations. Responsibilities Maintain the quality lab in a clean and organized work environment Conduct 1st article inspections Perform in-process and final part inspections Perform 1st pc layout after machine changeover Maintain quality files and records Analyze inspection data and prepare reports to identify trends or issues in product quality. Record test data and employ statistical process control methods Collaborate with engineering and production teams to address quality concerns and implement corrective actions. Assists in daily and monthly audits and create reports of findings Assist in building core quality documents; PDF, Control plans, etc. Monitor DMR activity and write reports for nonconformance and quarantine of parts Participate in
