$40/hr Job Summary The Inspector (CMM) is responsible for performing in process and final inspections on machined parts, assemblies, and or sub-assemblies in the Quality Department. The Inspector (CMM)must be able to perform First Article Inspections according to customer quality department workinstruction. Duties/Responsibilities Perform in process and fi nal inspection on machined parts, and or sub-assemblies. Complete inspections to engineering requirements. Ability to build CMM Programs. Read and interpret engineering drawings and customer blueprints. Use micrometers and calipers to perform First Article Inspections. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma, College Associates, and or equivalent required Minimum of 8 years' experience performing inspections in aerospace or military/defense manufacturing. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifi cations. Strong problem solving and analysis skills. Profi cient in Microsoft products and excel. Outstanding punctuality and attendance. Minimum Experience 5 Years CMM Inspection Physical Requirements Good hand-eye coordination. Able to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed. Able to stand for long periods of time. Ability to use hand tools.
