Full-Time | Direct Hire About the Role A precision manufacturer is seeking an experienced CMM Programmer to support dimensional inspection and quality control. This is a hands-on role responsible for creating, modifying, and running CMM inspection programs , interpreting drawings, evaluating inspection results, and working with Engineering and Manufacturing to resolve quality issues. What You'll Do Create, modify, and optimize CMM inspection programs. Operate CMM equipment to inspect precision components. Perform dimensional inspections to drawing and specification requirements. Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Record and evaluate inspection results. Identify dimensional and quality issues. Work with Engineering to improve inspection methods and resolve problems. Support corrective actions and continuous improvement. Use precision measuring equipment including calipers and micrometers. Required Experience Hands-on CMM programming experience . Experience programming Mitutoyo CMM equipment . Ability to create and modify inspection programs independently. Strong blueprint and technical drawing interpretation skills. Experience with precision dimensional inspection. Experience using calipers, micrometers, and related measuring equipment. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability. Preferred Experience working with Engineering and Manufacturing teams Corrective action / root-cause experience Inspection fixture experience Precision manufacturing background What We're Looking For A CMM programmer who can build and improve inspection programs, interpret complex drawings, inspect precision components, and troubleshoot dimensional issues independently .

Pay:

$35.00 - $40.00 per hour
