Job Description

Our client, a leader in precision measurement and calibration services, is seeking a Quality Technician to join their team. As a Quality Technician, you will be part of the Calibration Department supporting the Quality Assurance and Equipment Calibration teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent mechanical aptitude, and effective communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Shift:
2nd (start 2, 3, or 4 pm) - Training on 1st shift What's the Job? Perform accurate, correct, and repeatable calibrations of customer equipment according to
ISO 17025
standards Assist with documenting and reporting calibration results, providing certification traceable to N.I.S.T and
ISO 17025
standards Maintain company calibration equipment in good working order and ensure calibration is current Complete calibration reports and assist with repairing and calibrating assessment tools and measurement equipment Support documentation preparation and monitor business tasks to ensure timely completion and high quality standards What's Needed? High School Diploma or equivalent 1 - 3 years of related experience in calibration or mechanical work Strong verbal and written communication skills Experience with calibration of PCMMs and/or machine repair Proficiency in using hand tools and understanding of SMax calibration processes What's in it for me?
