Job Description
SUMMARY:
- AOI (Automatic Optical Inspection) Operator - Inspecting SMT and through hole PCB assemblies for defects utilizing AOI equipment for conformance to IPC criteria.
- Good attention to details.
- Experienced with lead free and Certification are a plus - IPC
J-STD-001, IPC-A-610.
- Ability to speak, read, write and interpret documents in the English language.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Other duties may be assigned by the Manufacturing Manager as necessary.
- Perform inspection of single and double-sided circuit boards, electronic assemblies, sub-assemblies, parts and components for defects according to Supervisor instructions.
- Operate An AOI (Automatic Inspection Machine). Responsible for the inspection of printed circuit board parts and assemblies applicable to IPC standards.
- Use magnification aids and microscopes to inspect populated printed circuit boards and identify component misplacement and solder defects to IPC criteria.
- Ability to recognize problems in the operation process or with components and to highlight/communicate those problems to machine operator for immediate correction.

1. High School diploma or general education degree (GED) 2. Experience with soldering, fine pitch soldering, microscope soldering.OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Good interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
- Must be able to work efficiently in a production environment.
- Current certification to Mil-STD-2000 and/or
IPC-A- 610B
preferred. Should be computer literate. A current U.S. Passport, Certified Birth Certificate with a raised seal (no photo copies will be accepted), Certificate of Naturalization or Permanent Alien Resident card to meet ADCO Circuits, Inc. requirements for our Confidentiality Agreement forITAR Pay:
