Job Description

This position performs quality inspections and auditing functions according to specifications, work instructions, and/or established quality standards. Duties Performs routine quality inspection, functional testing, reliability testing, SPC, and/or auditing as required for incoming, first article, in process, final audit and annual validation inspection. Test materials, components, and/or assemblies according to specifications, work instructions, and/or established quality standards to check compliance Prepares and distributes written reports as required. Conducts additional checks as needed to determine if irregularities and defects are present. Provides information to all departments on quality status of suspect materials, components, or products. Performs special sorting operation(s) as assigned, i.e. in response to a concern or for new product launch Assist in team problem resolutions of quality issues. Identifies and records quality opportunities relating to the process, product and quality systems. Must pass 10 panel drug screen. Other duties as assigned. Knowledge

  • High school diploma or GED and significant relevant experience Experience
  • Basic computer skills necessary, MS Office is a plus
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Sitting, squatting, walking and bending up to 10 hours per day
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Exposure to production environment
SAFETY REQUIREMENTS
  • Full sole shoes are required. (Sandals, crocs, mules and slip on shoes are not allowed)
  • Long hair must be pulled back and any cords must be put away
