Job Description

Hercules Materials Holdings is currently seeking a Quality Control Technician for our plant in Detroit, MI that is a highly motivated and driven individual on the quest for a challenge. In this role, the QC Tech works hands-on with our management team and the customers that we are servicing, testing concrete and related materials during all phases of production. Essential Functions :
We unload vessels that are carrying super sacks of cement powder and store them in our warehouse. You'll oversee this process and look for quality contamination. Set aside potenitally contaminated super sacks for testing. Perform multiple teste throughout the day to ensure quality standards are being meet. Create a quality report for upper management. Assist in maintaining plant site and equipment with high expectations of appearance and cleanliness in accordance with company policy.
Qualifications :
High School diploma or greater 1-2 years of related experience in the concrete industry preferred but not required Able to effectively communicate, investigate and solve practical problems individually and as part of a team This is an excellent opportunity to start a career with a growing company.
