In this role, you will help ensure products, materials, and processes meet strict quality standards through inspection, testing, and data analysis. This is a hands-on position working closely with production and engineering teams in a fast-paced, precision manufacturing environment where accuracy and consistency matter every day. What You'll Do Inspect materials and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards, including conducting tests and documenting results Identify, document, and report defects or non-conformances, and collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve issues Analyze quality data to identify trends, support reporting, and drive continuous improvement initiatives Maintain, update, and help improve quality control procedures and inspection documentation Perform routine maintenance and calibration checks on testing and inspection equipment Support training of new employees on quality standards, inspection methods, and procedures Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and participate in a safe, organized work environment What We're Looking For An individual with a "can-do"/ "will-do attitude 2+ years experience in quality control or related field High school diploma or equivalent Proficiency in using quality inspection tools Excellent manual dexterity and problem-solving skills Ability to walk, stand, and lift heavy objects for an extended period of time Ability to serve, prioritize, and multi-task to support multiple areas Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy Who we are We design and build products and solutions supporting Aerospace, Defense, and Prototype manufacturing programs.
