Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, and evaluate process control and improvement systems, tools, and statistical techniques.
  • Initiate / coordinate tools and processes to manage quality information and the generation of summarized and conclusive reports and action plans.
  • Execute improvement projects to achieve breakthrough results in various areas of the business, including product design, manufacturing, operations, applications, transactional, and business process management
  • Coordinate the deployment and integration of targeted changes across identified work populations.
  • Perform internal and external (supplier) product, process, and quality system audits. Report findings and corrective action requirements and conduct follow-up to ensure appropriate responses and follow-through.
  • Study, investigate, and recommend new technologies, methods, tools, and procedures in the areas of process improvement, defect and waste elimination, change management, and operational excellence
  • Provide advance quality planning support in the development and launch of new products, processes, and services and the evaluation and selection of new technologies, suppliers, and product-related services
Other Duties:
  • Gathering and analyzing CIPP Install CCTV from USA & Canada.
  • Editing/Submitting videos to appropriate Project Manager for project completion.
  • Collect and maintain submissions required for contract closeouts.
  • Routine quality audits on all crews and external materials received from suppliers.
  • Coordination of collection and testing of lined water main samples. Maintaining database of what has been collected.
  • Investigation of deficiency in any quality related process and documentation of defects/improvement areas/best practices.
  • Maintain and revise SOP as needed.
  • Gathering and providing KPI summary weekly.
  • Extraction of lining information from data loggers (flow meter, regulators etc.)
  • Providing training or mentoring to field employees
  • Maintaining incident report log and reviewing it weekly.
  • May be required to assist in and analyze field work as needed to better understand crew dynamics.
  • May be required to travel.
Capabilities and Experience Required:
  • Degree in Technology or related field is preferred.
  • Must be able to lift minimum 50lbs.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively.
  • Must have a passport or equivalent to travel to Canada. Why join CoreAqua?
