Onsite Job Description Responsibilities:

Visit supplier facilities to perform quality inspections.

Scan, sort, and inspect parts for defects and non-conformities.

Measure parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring equipment.

Record inspection results and maintain accurate documentation.

Enter data and prepare reports using computer applications.

Communicate quality concerns and findings to the appropriate stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of quality inspection processes and standards.
• Experience using precision measuring instruments.
• Ability to scan, sort, and inspect parts accurately.
• Proficient with computers and data entry.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently at supplier locations.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
