Responsibilities to Anticipate for this Role The 2nd Shift Quality Technician is responsible to inspect produced product to ensure customer receives product free of defects. Inspections of incoming components and customer supplied materials may be required.

  • Every Other Friday Reads and interprets work instructions to ensure accuracy of work performed.
Perform visual and dimensional inspections of in-process assemblies and finished products. Disposition product according to written procedures and work instructions. Final review of all paperwork and documentation. Maintains inventory location and status. Maintains and updates documentation of records via Oracle, written documentation and spreadsheets. Communication with Quality Engineers, Supervisors, Leaders and team members. Capable of being trained across the entire product line and working with Quality and Engineering on new or emerging products. Follow all company guidelines and procedures. Responsible for being an active team member working towards continuous improvement. May be asked to perform some of the following off-line tasks including quality checks, down-time reporting and housekeeping duties. Performs other related duties to benefit the mission of the organization or as assigned by your leader. Required Skills & Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Three-Five Years experience Keen attention to detail and quality Strong math and computer skills Electronic and mechanical assembly experience, including the use of hand tools and soldering iron, ruler, caliper and other related tools Must have excellent vision, not color blind or color confused, and good hand-eye coordination. Ability to interpret drawings, work instructions, and written work instructions Professional and effective communication skills a must Manufacturing experience preferred Excellent track record for attendance required

JSTD-001
certifications considered a significant asset.
