Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Technician to perform inspections and ensure manufactured products meet customer specifications and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have experience reading engineering prints, understanding dimensional tolerances, and using precision inspection equipment, including bridge gauges and other manual measuring tools.
Responsibilities:
  • Inspect incoming, in-process, and finished products to verify conformance with specifications.
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
  • Understand and apply dimensional tolerances and basic GD&T requirements.
  • Use precision measuring equipment including bridge gauges, calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and other inspection tools.
  • Document inspection results and maintain accurate quality records.
  • Identify defects and communicate quality concerns to production and engineering teams.
  • Perform visual and dimensional inspections according to established procedures.
  • Assist with corrective actions and continuous improvement activities.
  • Maintain inspection equipment and ensure gauges are properly handled and within calibration requirements.
  • Follow company quality procedures and safety standards.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing quality inspection role preferred.
  • Ability to read and understand engineering prints and specifications.
  • Knowledge of tolerances and dimensional measurement practices.
  • Experience using bridge gauges and manual inspection equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify quality issues.
  • Good communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and support production goals.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in machining, fabrication, or precision manufacturing environments.
  • Familiarity with GD&T concepts.
  • Experience with inspection reports, quality documentation, and calibration systems.
  • Ability to work with production teams to resolve quality issues.
Pay:
$23.00
  • $25.
