What You'll Do as a
Quality Assurance Technician:
Coordinate, monitor, and check packages to maximize the quality of products producedPerform and review teardownsAssure package integrity and product qualityPerform PH checks on pre-processed and post-processed products according to standard incubation timelinesCommunicate lab data with operators and supervisorsPerform a variety of quality checks to ensure standards are metTroubleshoot and resolve basic to moderate operating difficulties involving area equipmentPerform investigations related to product spoilageCalibrate specified quality testing equipmentAccurately prepare and maintain all area paperworkCommunicate with production staff and maintenance staff to continuously improve quality and productionConduct post-process CIP Testing, including ATP, Allergen, micro, and visual line inspections What You Need to Bring to the
Quality Assurance Technician Role:
