Quality Engineer (Medical Devices)

Month Contract Overview:
We are seeking a detail-driven engineer to support post-market complaint investigations for Interventional Cardiology & Vascular Therapies (ICVT) devices. This role focuses on analyzing product performance data, identifying trends, and driving cross-functional improvements to enhance product quality and patient safety. You'll gain high visibility with both site and divisional leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze post-market surveillance data, including customer complaints and adverse events Lead product investigations and signal escalations, including root cause analysis and documentation Identify trends and recommend improvements to product performance and investigation processes Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement compliant and efficient solutions Present findings and product performance insights to leadership and engineering teams Support performance reporting and respond to customer inquiries as needed Ensure compliance with internal procedures, regulatory requirements, and quality standards
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical/scientific field 0-1 years of relevant experience (entry-level candidates encouraged to apply) Knowledge of Quality System Regulations, Medical Device Regulation, and
ISO 13485
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills High attention to detail and critical thinking ability
