Job Description

Quality Technician responsible for manufacturing quality testing, inspection, production record review, process improvement support, documentation updates, and compliance checks. Job Requirements High school diploma or equivalent 4 years of relevant experience Experience improving manufacturing processes Microsoft Word experience, including updating documents and gathering feedback Experience working with production staff, operators, and supervisors Experience performing inspections, checks, analysis, and documentation Experience reviewing production records for procedure conformance Ability to work onsite Ability to work 1st shift, Monday through Friday Preferred Skills Experience in a manufacturing quality environment Experience testing raw materials, packaging materials, samples, or finished products Experience performing qualitative tests or quantitative assays Experience supporting maintenance or certification of test instruments and apparatus Experience preparing quality statistics and reports Experience conducting non-conformance testing Job Responsibilities Perform analysis, inspection, and testing of raw materials, packaging materials, samples, and finished products Verify products meet quality standards, regulatory requirements, customer requirements, and tolerance specifications Perform qualitative tests and quantitative assays as assigned Support maintenance and certification of test instruments and apparatus Complete required inspections, checks, analysis, and study documentation Prepare and monitor quality statistics and reports Review production records for conformance to procedures Conduct non-conformance testing of manufactured, packaged, or tested product Support manufacturing process improvement activities Update documents in Microsoft Word Gather feedback on documentation from production staff and related teams Work with operators and supervisors to support quality and process requirements
