Job Description

Our medical manufacturing client is hiring in Burnsville! This is a great opportunity to join a growing team in the medical device space. $25-32/HR 1st shift Direct hire Key Responsibilities Perform receiving and inspection activities for components, subassemblies, labeling, and finished products to support production Conduct First Article Inspections (FAIs) using tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and tensile testers Coordinate calibration activities with third-party vendors Facilitate and manage preventative maintenance activities in collaboration with Operations Review Design History Records (DHRs) and maintain documentation within an electronic Quality Management System (QMS) Execute small change orders to support process and QMS improvements Collaborate with manufacturing operators to resolve minor equipment or documentation issues Perform Test Method Validations (TMVs) and support material rework through nonconformance processes or released procedures Maintain positive and cooperative communication across all levels of employees, customers, and contractors Qualifications Associate degree (2-year) or equivalent experience in a quality or manufacturing environment or related industry Minimum of 3 years of experience in a quality and/or manufacturing environment Knowledge of inspection concepts, measuring tools, test equipment, and calibration processes Familiarity with
ISO 13485
requirements Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) Ability to read, write, and speak fluent English IND2
Pay:
$25.00 - $32.00 per hour
