Your work is the final checkpoint before products reach hospitals and labsβ€”where accuracy can change lives. 🌎 Why This Role Matters The equipment you test will be used globally to: βœ” Diagnose disease βœ” Guide treatment decisions βœ” Deliver trusted results βœ… Your work directly impacts patient care and outcomes πŸ”§ What You'll Do Test, inspect, and verify medical diagnostic equipment before shipment Perform electrical testing, calibration, and inspections using meters and electronic tools Troubleshoot and repair mechanical & electrical issues Use hand tools (screwdrivers, torque wrenches, drills) for adjustments and repairs Read and interpret schematics, diagrams, and work instructions Document work using Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and Device History Records (DHR) Follow GMP, quality assurance, and safety standards Perform visual and functional inspections to ensure performance Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams Maintain a clean, organized workspace in a regulated, climate-controlled facility βœ… What You Bring Associate's or Technical Degree (AA or equivalent) 1-2 years of electrical testing & troubleshooting experience Experience with GMP, GDP, and DHR documentation Ability to read schematics and technical instructions Familiarity with hand tools and electronic testing equipment Basic computer skills (Excel, Word) Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25-30 lbs ⭐ Bonus Experience Quality Assurance / Quality Control / Inspection Electro-mechanical assembly or engineering support Strong troubleshooting mindset and attention to detail ⏰ Schedule Monday -

Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chaska, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $24.73 - $24.73/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
