Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Metrology Inspector to ensure that our manufacturing processes meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in maintaining product integrity by conducting thorough inspections, analyzing data, and adhering to strict regulatory requirements. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic quality assurance team dedicated to excellence in manufacturing. Responsibilities Conduct precise inspections using calipers , micrometers , vision inspection systems , and precision measuring instruments to verify product specifications. Utilize coordinate measuring machines (CMM) for detailed dimensional analysis. Collect, analyze, and document data related to quality metrics and inspection results for continuous improvement. Maintain detailed records of inspections. Support the implementation and maintenance of quality management systems, including documentation updates and process validations. Participate in root cause analysis for quality issues and collaborate with manufacturing teams to resolve non-conformances. Assist in training team members on quality standards, inspection techniques, and proper use of measurement tools. Skills Proven experience with CMM Programing Proficiency in operating measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, Vision systems, CMM's and other precision measuring instruments. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data accurately and identify trends or discrepancies. Strong understanding of quality control processes. Ability to work independently or as part of a team within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Effective communication skills for reporting findings clearly and collaborating across departments. This role is vital in upholding our commitment to delivering high-quality products that meet regulatory standards while supporting continuous improvement initiatives within our manufacturing operations.
