Quality Technician Position Summary The Quality Technician I conducts advanced dimensional and visual inspections across various manufacturing processes. This role involves utilizing diverse inspection methods and equipment, ensuring compliance with company and GMP guidelines. Additionally, the technician contributes to quality record maintenance, recommends documentation improvements, and supports quality system adherence. 1st

Responsibilities:
Quality Technician Duties and Responsibilities Perform inspections in support of first article, gage R&R, and process capability studies Audit and train employees in the proper use of inspection equipment and documentation Interpret SPC results Manually operate and program various precision testing equipment including but not limited to tool scope, CMM, and vision systems Effective organizational, oral and written communication skills to facilitate an effective working relationship with customers, suppliers, and coworkers Recommend changes to quality documentation Perform key responsibilities of a Quality Inspector Read and comply with work instructions, set up sheets, and checklists Read, understand, and follow work instructions and standard work Enter production information into the ERP system on a timely basis Accurately record and report hours worked Support and comply with the company Quality System, ISO, and medical device requirements Read, understand, and follow work instructions and standard work Partner with other business segments: sales/marketing, customer service, engineering, quality, and finance Understand customer needs and the core business markets we serve Ensure business systems are implemented, maintained, and functioning properly Participate in required company meetings Maintain an organized work area (5S) Participate in the Operational Excellence Program Complete all other work duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Quality Technician Minimum Criteria & Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent 3 years of experience in quality assurance Knowledge of inspection equipment use and maintenance Intermediate GD&T Problem analysis and solving Manage multiple requirements and deadlines Quality Technician Desirable Criteria & Qualifications 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment Knowledge of
