Night Shift:

M-Th 4:00pm to 2:30am Friday's overtime as needed Desired salary is based on experience & knowledge

Pay is $23-27 an hour depending on experience. Higher level positions also available pending on experience Have to be a US citizen - No relocation assistance A Quality Assurance Inspector must possess the ability to perform the following:  Inspect to P.O. requirements and specifications incoming raw materials, mechanical parts and assemblies.  Zeiss Contura CMM experience required  Conduct complete first article inspection to assure process is correct before production run begins. Communicate findings in a respectful professional manner.  Perform in-process inspection of machined parts as required to assure adherence to specifications and procedures.  Conduct final inspection of finished product to confirm all operations have been completed to customer specification and assure that all required certifications and other documentation are in place for shipment.  Use and maintain various inspection fixtures, gages and measuring devices to ensure that accurate measurements are completed. This would include the proper use of CMM, OGP and other like equipment.  Assist in the maintenance and calibration of inspection equipment to assure accurate readings.  Maintain production standards, and record results into MES system as required.  Ability to read and interpret Job Travelers, engineering specs, drawings, blueprints and a working knowledge of GD&T.  Keeps supervisor informed as needed and required.  Adheres to OSHA safety standards.  Possess a working knowledge and is able to apply the concepts of Lean Manufacturing.  Is able to understand and adhere to Alliance Machine's core values.  Possess an understanding of

2015, AS9100D requirements.  Keeps work area clean and organized to company and department standards.  Does work as apparent or assigned.  Has experience with Microsoft Excel  Small parts of data entry will be required Equipment Operations Blue Print interpretation Test & Inspections Basic Computer

Minimum Qualification and Experience Requirement:

High School diploma or equivalent. 3 years manufacturing experience Strong verbal and written communication skills. Detail orientated. Ability to solve problems. A self-starter with a willingness to take on additional duties and responsibilities. A desire to learn and grow as an employee.
