Weekly pay Duties of the CMM programmer:

• Program and operate Hexagon CMMs using PC-DMIS
• Program and run OGP Vision Systems
• Perform inspections at all production stages
• Complete accurate inspection reports and documentation
• Coordinate with Engineering and Gage Control departments
• Support internal training alongside the QA Manager
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and 13485 standards
• Conduct root cause analysis and product disposition

Assist with Gage R&R and machine validation Requirements of the CMM programmer:

Advanced proficiency in programming Hexagon CMMs

Extensive experience with PC-DMIS software

Knowledge of vision system programming (OGP, Measure Mind, Zone 3, or Measure X)

Strong understanding of GD&T and blueprint reading
