Job Description
IQA Inspector Jr. Experis is seeking an IQA Inspector Jr. to support quality assurance for professional, scientific, and technical projects. In this entry-level role, you will inspect components, materials, and documentation against specifications, record test and inspection results, and help investigate nonconformances. You'll work closely with engineering and project teams to ensure compliance with client and regulatory standards. Responsibilities include reading technical drawings, performing basic measurement and visual inspections, maintaining inspection records, and supporting continuous improvement in a fast-paced, people-focused environment. Inspect components, materials, and documentation against specifications and standards Perform basic measurement, visual, and functional inspections Read and interpret technical drawings and inspection plans Document and report inspection and test results accurately Support investigations of nonconformances and quality issues Collaborate with engineering and project teams on quality requirements Maintain organized inspection records and traceability Follow quality procedures, work instructions, and safety guidelines Assist with continuous improvement and corrective action activities Use basic quality tools and inspection equipment Quality inspection Reading technical drawings/blueprints Use of measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) Documentation and recordkeeping Basic understanding of ISO 9001 or similar standards Nonconformance reporting MS Office (Excel, Word) Attention to detail Data entry and quality reporting Basic statistical or quality tools Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k
