Up to $26.00/hour Looking for a detail-oriented technical role where your work directly supports product quality and customer satisfaction? Join a growing quality team and help investigate returned medical devices, conduct testing, and support product complaint investigations in a fast-paced, regulated environment. Edu cation Requirements High School Diploma or GED required Associate degree in Electronics or related field preferred Experience Requirements Minimum 1 year of related technical or quality experience Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Strong technical writing and documentation skills Experience in a regulated quality environment is a plus Experience with complaint management systems such as GCMS or TrackWise preferred Knowledge of basic electrical principles and electronic testing equipment preferred Job Duties Investigate returned pacemakers and analyze reported product complaints Perform product testing, root cause investigations, and failure analysis Document findings accurately in complaint management databases Maintain product traceability throughout the investigation process Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams Review complaint information and obtain additional details when needed Prepare investigation reports and supporting documentation for approval Support updates to testing procedures and quality processes Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in complaint handling activities Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant laboratory environment Physical Capabilities Ability to work in a laboratory setting Strong attention to detail and ability to handle small electronic components Ability to sit, stand, and perform repetitive tasks as needed Employee Benefits Medical, dental, vision, and pet insurance 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Commuter/Parking Accounts People Perks Health Savings Account (HSA) AD&D Insurance Apply Now If you're a detail-driven professional with technical troubleshooting skills and a passion for quality, this opportunity could be the perfect next step in your career.
