As a key member of our bar team, you will serve expertly crafted beers, engage with customers, and ensure every visit is exceptional. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your bartending skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment dedicated to quality and fun. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a diverse selection of craft beers, ensuring proper pouring techniques and presentation standards. Engage with customers in a friendly, energetic manner, providing recommendations and sharing knowledge about different brews. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards at all times. Handle cash transactions accurately using POS system, including cash handling. Manage multiple tasks efficiently by utilizing excellent time management skills during busy service periods. Assist with food service when needed, including serving snacks or small plates that complement beer offerings. Support the bar's operations during special events, ensuring smooth service and guest satisfaction. Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work flexible hours, days, evenings, and weekends as needed
- Over 21 years of age
- Must have reliable transportation and maintain a valid driver's license
- A passion for the craft beer industry.
