What We Are Looking ForWere now hiring a Mid Shift Machine Operator to analyze process controls and finished products for conformance to specifications and to monitor aspects of production processes to ensure continuous food safety and quality improvement.

Essential Duties:

Monitor and record in-process controlsPerform in-process and finished product quality checks Monitor production practices to assure optimum productionCommunicate with appropriate production departments on quality test resultsComplete documentation for all monitoring and tests performed in the spec bookCollect product retain samplesPlace non-conforming product on holdPerform ATP and allergen testingReceive in bulk ingredient shipments
