You will be on the floor doing 1st article inspections of aerospace/defense machined parts. You will be using surface plate and occasionally Hexigon/Brown & Sharp CMM inspecting tight tolerances on small aerospace parts. Responsibilities First article quality checks on the production floor Inspecting very tight tolerance aerospace parts Working closely with machinists to assure parts are perfect Requirements Solid background in mechanical inspection of very tight tolerance parts Experience testing machined parts for aerospace and defense use CMM-Brown and Sharp Hexagon experience a plus PCDmis a plus Solid GD&T Blueprint reading Good MS Office skills Communication sills both written and verbal

Pay:
$28.00 - $36.00 per hour
