Job Description

About the Role As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will serve as a critical partner in our precision manufacturing environment, ensuring that every component meets rigorous technical specifications. By leveraging your expertise in metrology and inspection, you will drive product excellence and help streamline our production workflows. Responsibilities Execute comprehensive in-process and final inspections to verify adherence to complex engineering blueprints. Develop and refine CMM programs to optimize measurement accuracy and throughput for high-precision parts. Collaborate directly with engineering and production teams to troubleshoot non-conformances and implement effective corrective actions. Maintain meticulous quality documentation to ensure full compliance with internal standards and industry regulations. Utilize advanced metrology tools to perform precise dimensional analysis on manufactured components. Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives by identifying trends in quality data and recommending process adjustments. Qualifications Required Skills High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Demonstrated proficiency in interpreting GD&T and complex technical blueprints. Hands-on experience with CMM programming and modern metrology equipment. Solid understanding of
ISO 9001
Quality Management Systems. Strong technical communication skills for reporting findings to cross-functional teams. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for data management and reporting. Preferred Skills Associate degree in CNC Machining or a related technical field. Practical background in CNC operation or tool and die manufacturing. Advanced experience with automated inspection programming software.
