• Full-time DeZURIK is hiring a Quality Assurance Technician to join our growing manufacturing team and play a hands‑on role in protecting product quality from incoming inspection through final shipment.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys being on the floor, working with precision tools, and partnering closely with manufacturing and engineering teams. In this role, you'll inspect incoming, in‑process, and finished components to ensure they meet specifications, customer requirements, and ISO standards. You'll use a variety of measurement tools—including hand metrology instruments and CMM equipment—to verify accuracy, investigate nonconformances, and confirm that corrective actions are effective. You'll also support audits, review material and test certifications, and help maintain calibration programs. What sets this role apart is daily collaboration. You'll work closely with Quality Engineers, production team members, and witness inspectors to answer questions, clarify specifications, and keep quality moving smoothly through operations. Strong communication skills and the confidence to speak up are just as important as technical ability. We're looking for someone with manufacturing inspection experience, strong blueprint reading skills (including GD&T), and a detail‑oriented mindset. An associate degree in quality or engineering is preferred, along with 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
