Ability to take an active role to identify opportunities and barriers, engage with the proper stakeholder(s) to close gaps. Participates in governing meetings to help create and sustain an abundant and just environment. Seeking a long-term employee (year-round) for an entry-level position to learn scratch bread baking. Multiple positions are available. Candidates must have an interest in bread. Experience is appreciated but not required. On the job training will be provided. Job duties encompass all aspects of bread production including mixing, shaping, proofing, baking, and shipping.
