Match Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented AOI Inspector to support quality assurance operations within an electronics manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for reviewing Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) results, verifying product quality, and ensuring assemblies meet

standards and customer specifications. The ideal candidate will have experience working in SMT manufacturing, strong attention to detail, and the ability to inspect small electronic components under magnification in a fast-paced production setting. Key Responsibilities Review AOI machine inspection results and identify product defects or quality concerns Verify assemblies meet

standards, assembly drawings, and work instructions Perform in-process quality inspections throughout SMT production operations Inspect solder quality, component placement, polarity, and overall board appearance Read and interpret bills of materials, assembly prints, and electronic component documentation Support production lines by assisting with inspection and verification processes as needed Identify manufacturing or component issues and communicate concerns promptly to supervisors or team members Maintain accurate inspection records and production documentation Ensure work areas remain clean, organized, and compliant with safety procedures Work collaboratively with production and quality teams to maintain efficiency and product quality Assist with additional production or quality tasks as needed Qualifications High school diploma or GED required 1-3 years of electronics inspection, SMT, or related manufacturing experience preferred Familiarity with
IPC-A-610
