PROMAN Staffing is currently hiring a Quality & Part Inspector for one of our clients located in Arnold, MO a leading manufacturer specializing in plastic injection molding, CNC machining, and precision manufacturing. This is a temp‑to‑hire opportunity offering long‑term potential with a well‑established company.

Monday-Friday | 3:45 PM•12:00 AM 3rd

Shift:

Monday-Friday | 11:45 PM•8:00 AM Overtime is mandatory as needed

Pay & Location:

$16.00•$17.50 per hour

Arnold, MO Key Responsibilities:

Perform quality and part inspections on manufactured components Visually and manually inspect parts for defects, inconsistencies, and specifications Ensure products meet quality standards and customer requirements Accurately document inspection results and follow quality procedures Maintain a clean and organized work area Work closely with production teams to support overall quality goals

Qualifications:

Minimum of 6 months of quality or part inspection experience Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects Dependable with a strong attendance record Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team Ability to work in a manufacturing environment Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments including calipers, micrometers, vision inspection systems. Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret data accurately and identify trends or deviations. Knowledge of quality assurance processes, quality management systems, and QA/QC procedures. Experience conducting quality audits and implementing corrective actions. Excellent attention to detail combined with strong organizational skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
