JOB SUMMARY

T he Quality Control Technician is responsible for completing the required quality checks throughout the production process, according to the prescribed frequency. Additionally, this position will bear responsibility for some training, administrative work and driving improvements/change.

Key Responsibilities :

Perform all required line checks in production. Ensure Work Order instructions are being followed, including use of correct components and correct coding. Create COA's as needed or as requested. Follow the HOLD/Rework process for any non-conforming product, including appropriate SAP transactions. Inspect rework processes and rework product to ensure conformity to customer expectations. Assist Quality department in implementing good quality practices, processes, and procedures. Troubleshoot quality-related issues during the production process. Other duties as assigned.
