What To Expect As an innovation leader, we look for ambitious, forward thinking, open-minded and well-rounded individuals to join our global team. Located in our Columbia, MO plant, you will be a Quality Technician III. The Quality Technician will be responsible for testing incoming and processed materials against quality specifications, as well as providing specialized technical support to engineers and operations for final product characteristics. The Quality Technician may be required to complete verifications of process set-ups and changeovers and assist in trouble-shooting production issues. Analyze data collected through testing, comparing product data to specifications, and provide alerts to key personnel when trending or nonconformances are observed. Keys Responsibilities (to name a few) Perform quality tests and inspections of products, materials, compounds, parts, etc to ensure compliance with quality and reliability specifications Review and analyze SPC charts; create CoAs from collected data Verify process set-ups and changeovers, and assist in troubleshooting production issues Analyze test data by comparing results to specifications, write summaries to validate or show deviations from existing standards and promptly alert key personnel to any negative trends or nonconformances Recommend modifications to existing, or suggest new, standards, methods and procedures Fill in for absences, vacations, or other coverage needs on alternate shifts, often on short notice Focus on meeting customer quality expectations, with key performance metrics including cost of poor quality, customer incidents, PPM defects, and internal scrap
Shifts Available:
Rotating 12 hour shift 6am-6pm or 6pm-6am (2 days on, 2 off, 3 on, etc)About You Associate degree preferred Minimum of 5 years of experience preferably in a manufacturing environment, laboratory setting, or quality assurance Basic understanding of Statistical Process Control (SPC) Proficient in using Windows-based PCs and Microsoft Office applications Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship

Full-Time Relocation is not provided Medical, Dental, Vision insurance and other voluntary benefit options: benefits begin on the first day of the month immediately following your date of hire Eligible for 3 weeks of paid vacation + 11 holidays (9 scheduled & 2 floating) + 8 sick days.
