Job Description

The Quality Control Electronics Technician ensures that electronic components and systems meet rigorous quality standards throughout the manufacturing and testing process. This role combines technical expertise with quality assurance practices to maintain product reliability and compliance. Inspect and test electronic components, assemblies, and systems using specialized equipment. Identify defects and non-conformities, document findings, and recommend corrective actions. Perform root cause analysis and assist in implementing quality improvements. Maintain calibration and functionality of testing instruments. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve quality issues. Review technical drawings and specifications to ensure compliance. Record and analyze test data, generate reports, and maintain quality documentation. Support internal audits and regulatory compliance efforts. Associate degree or technical certification in electronics, electrical engineering, or related field. 2+ years of experience in electronics testing or quality assurance. Proficiency with multimeters, oscilloscopes, and automated test equipment. Strong understanding of IPC standards and
ISO 9001
quality systems. Attention to detail and analytical thinking. Effective communication and teamwork skills.
