Position Description This position is responsible for conducting inspections to ensure quality or detect defects in chiller units. The Quality Technician is responsible for ensuring products, materials, and processes meet established standards.
Hours:
6AM - 2PM Base Pay $26.65 Key Responsibilities Performs quality checks by station and performs final inspections Inspects manufactured/fabricated materials to ensure compliance with standards and specifications Records and maintains data and documentation of inspection results in physical and electronic documents Collaborates with production team regarding quality issues Proposes and initializes corrective actions with operations team Conducts quality audits of manufacturing process to identify areas of improvement and ensuring compliance with regulations and company standards Required Education & Qualifications 1+ Years manufacturing experience, preferably in quality Familiarity with non-conformance action plans Work well across multiple departments/people Use good judgment in resolving problems and making independent decisions Computer skill desirable in Microsoft Office Programs (excel, outlook, SAP, etc.) Modine is an equal opportunity employer.
