Job Description

Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance with industry regulations. This role involves conducting inspections, performing quality audits, and utilizing various precision measuring instruments to ensure adherence to established quality systems. The Quality Assurance Inspector will play a crucial role in maintaining our commitment to excellence in manufacturing. Responsibilities Conduct thorough quality inspections of products throughout the manufacturing process to ensure compliance with ISO and AS9000 standards. Perform quality audits and document findings to identify areas for improvement in quality management systems. Utilize coordinate measuring machines, calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring instruments for accurate measurements. Implement and monitor HACCP protocols to ensure food safety standards are met where applicable. Analyze data collected during inspections and provide detailed reports on quality performance metrics. Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions as needed. Support the development and maintenance of quality systems that enhance product reliability and customer satisfaction. Skills Experience with quality audits and familiarity with QA/QC processes in a manufacturing environment. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets effectively. Knowledge of various precision measuring instruments including vision inspection systems, calipers, micrometers, and coordinate measuring machines. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards throughout all processes.
