Full Job Description Position Summary:
The Quality Analyst supports quality assurance and quality control activities within Ingredion's high-volume ingredient manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for real-time process monitoring, product testing, and ensuring compliance with food safety and regulatory standards in a fast-paced production environment. You will be supporting a 3-month sample increase for their team. There may be room for conversion after this, but your main job will be to cover this project increase.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform in-process and finished product testing (e.g., moisture, solids, pH, viscosity, microbiological testing as applicable) Conduct floor audits and inspections to ensure compliance with GMPs, HACCP, and sanitation standards Partner directly with production teams to monitor critical control points (CCPs) and address quality issues in real time Review and maintain batch records, production logs, and COAs Investigate non-conformances, deviations, and out-of-spec results , supporting root cause analysis and corrective actions Support continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives Ensure compliance with FDA, SQF, and internal quality standards Calibrate and maintain lab and inline testing equipment Assist with internal/external audits and regulatory inspections
Pay:
$22.00 - $24.00 per hour
