Manufacturing or production experience Assembly and mechanical experience Welding or fabrication experience Ability to read blueprints, work instructions, and measurements Experience using hand and power tools Quality control and product inspection experience Ability to identify defects and quality issues Experience using measuring tools such as calipers or gauges Ability to document inspection results Strong attention to detail Ability to troubleshoot basic production issues Ability to follow safety procedures Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks Previous experience in a manufacturing environment required
