Pay:

$13.52 per hour

Shifts Available:

o 1st shift 6am-3pm or after M_F overtime may be required Operate fiber processing machinery according to production schedules and specifications. Set up machines for production runs, including adjusting settings and loading materials. Monitor machine performance to ensure products meet quality standards. Inspect raw materials and finished products for defects or inconsistencies. Perform basic troubleshooting and make minor machine adjustments when necessary. Conduct routine machine cleaning and preventative maintenance activities. Accurately record production data, material usage, and downtime reports. Follow all company safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE). Collaborate with supervisors, quality personnel, and team members to meet production goals. Maintain a clean and organized work area following 5S and housekeeping standards. Assist with material handling and movement of finished goods as needed. Report equipment malfunctions or safety concerns immediately. Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred. Experience with fiber processing, textile, insulation, composite materials, or nonwoven manufacturing is a plus. Ability to read and interpret work instructions and production documents. Strong attention to detail and quality. Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Good communication and problem-solving skills.
