Back Fiber Machine Operator Light Industrial & Manufacturing Tupelo , Mississippi Contract to Hire Sep 28, 2026 Fiber Machine Operator Peoplelink Staffing, in partnership with a prominent business in the Tupelo MS area is seeking Fiber Machine Operator to join their team! Fiber Machine Operator Job Summary:
    Pay:
    $13.52
      Shifts Available:
      1st shift M-F 6am- 2pm Operate fiber opening, blending, filling, and processing machinery according to production schedules. Set up machines and make adjustments to ensure proper fiber flow and product specifications. Monitor equipment performance and identify mechanical issues or material defects. Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met. Load raw fiber materials into production equipment. Record production data, machine settings, and material usage. Maintain clean and organized work areas in accordance with safety standards. Perform routine machine maintenance, cleaning, and lubrication. Assist with material handling, including moving fiber bales and finished products. Follow all company safety procedures, GMPs, and production guidelines. Work closely with supervisors and team members to improve efficiency and minimize downtime. Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred. Experience in foam, fiber, textile, bedding, or furniture manufacturing is a plus. Ability to read work orders and production specifications. Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
