Job Description:

Adhere to all company safety policies Greet customers and give directions for unloading materials Collect and enter personal details of each customer including name/vehicle information Properly grade different types of ferrous and non-ferrous material Weigh customers in/out using a variety of scales Help customers unload material from their vehicles Quality check all tickets to confirm correct material type and weights Notify management of any issues/discrepancies Operate equipment such as forklift/bobcat/skid steer Maintain a clean work area Maintain a positive attitude with coworkers and customers Other duties as assigned by management Work schedule is 8:00 am - 4:30 pm Monday - Friday.

Qualifications:

Must have a valid class C driver's license Must have reliable transportation Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen Prior experience in customer service Excellent problem solving skills Comfortable operating a computer and using basic functions such as Word/Excel/Email Ability to work on a team and manage time efficiently Effective communication skills with coworkers and customers Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical activities requiring considerable use of arms and legs Ability to occasionally move items in excess of 50 lbs. Must be able to work and operate equipment outdoors in all types of weather conditions
