Job Description

Description:
The detail to follow is a representative description and is not all inclusive nor is it static in time. Other responsibilities can and will be added by implication or explicit direction as needed. The job is to support Textum's business objectives, uphold the core values, and help the company to succeed.
Detail of Responsibilities:
Perform daily fabric testing (e.g., punch testing) and record results in ERP system (Syteline) Conduct receiving, in-process, and final inspections of materials and finished goods Review and digitally track loom inspection data and defects Verify job setups and approve production readiness Maintain nonconformance logs and control nonconforming materials Ensure accurate documentation and recordkeeping in compliance with quality standards Perform in-house calibration of inspection tools and maintain calibration records Coordinate external calibrations and support out-of-tolerance investigations Conduct internal audits (workstation, FOD) and issue corrective actions (CARs) Review shipping documentation for accuracy and traceability Support New Product Introduction (NPI) and compile First Article inspection Reports (FAIRs) Verify employee training and maintain compliance records
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree preferred 2+ years of quality inspection experience in manufacturing (aerospace or textiles preferred) Familiarity with
AS9100/AS9102
standards is a plus Experience with ERP Systems (Syteline or similar) Ability to read technical documents, drawings, and specifications Proficient with inspection tools and measurement equipment
