Job Description
Adecco is hiring a QA Training Specialist to support our client in Cary, NC . In this role, you'll help develop a high-performing quality team by delivering impactful training, coaching, and continuous improvement support. You'll be a key partner in onboarding, strengthening QA training processes, and helping teams maintain consistent quality performance across operations. $18.50-$19.88 per hourWork Location:
Cary, NC What You'll Do Deliver training and development for QA team members through hands-on instruction, mentoring, job shadowing, workshops, and other learning methods Support onboarding and ongoing training for new and temporary QA employees to ensure consistent expectations and quality standards Evaluate training effectiveness by assessing performance, identifying development needs, and recommending improvements to close skill gaps Conduct audits to measure employee knowledge and performance, document findings, and help resolve training deficiencies Partner cross-functionally to strengthen training programs, enhance QA processes, and improve overall operational performance Follow safety and compliance standards, including company policies, work instructions, ISO requirements, and departmental goals Qualifications High School Diploma or GED (required) 2-4 years of experience in quality assurance, training, manufacturing, or a related environment Strong communication, coaching, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting Ability to read, interpret, and apply written and verbal instructions Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods during scheduled shifts Willingness to work overtime, including mandatory overtime as required Schedule Rotating 12-hour schedule: 2 days on / 2 days off / 3 days on, with every other weekend offDay Shift:
7:00 AM - 7:00PM Night Shift:
