Job Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

• Conduct inspections of incoming materials and in-process components. And finished goods to ensure quality standards
• Document inspections results and maintain accurate records, including calipers and gauges.
• Line Prep, print all material (labels) for current run.
• Gather all boxes, labels, and material needed
• Line feed (feed material into the line)
• Work safely always and comply with all safety policies and procedures
• Keep a clean and presentable work area
• Communicate efficiently and report any issues to the line leader or Manufacture Manager as they arise
• Report directly to production Manufacture Manager/Team Lead Scheduled to work from 4:00 pm
• 12:30 pm Monday

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Proven experience quality control within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in using inspection equipment and software for data analysis.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. Ability to work from 4:00 pm
• 12:30 pm Monday
• Friday.

Required Skills:

• Attention to detail
• 2-3 years of experience.
• Mathematical and mechanical problem solving
• Ability to lift to 50lbs without assistance
• Able to follow instructions and production schedule
• Able to act quickly when problem arises
• Ability to read ruler
• Excellent communication skills both oral and written, with the ability to communicate with all levels of management and other co-workers
• Must work well in a team oriented environment
