Job Description
Role Summary The QA Inspector is the last set of eyes on every cart before it ships, and the reason Falcon Standard's name on a repair means something. Nobody — including the inspector — gets punished for catching a problem; that's the system working as intended. Key Responsibilities Perform final inspection on every repaired cart before it leaves the supercell: hinges, latches, plastic panels and label holders, caster function (directional-lock and brake pedals, smooth wheel rotation, straight rig), door and frame condition, and fold-down and re-nest function. Confirm the repair form was completed in full and every fail-safe step was actually done — inbound scan, supercell scan, beacon and barcode scan, QA, outbound. A skipped step means the cart is stuck, not shipped. Verify the base plate fiducial ID scan is valid and unique to that cart.
