In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all mechanical components and assemblies meet strict quality standards and regulatory requirements. Your expertise will help maintain the integrity of our products, uphold safety standards, and support continuous improvement initiatives. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-quality manufacturing processes in a fast-paced environment dedicated to excellence. Duties Perform thorough inspections of mechanical parts and assemblies using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and coordinate measuring machines (CMM) to verify dimensional accuracy. Conduct visual inspections utilizing vision inspection systems and other advanced quality control tools to detect surface defects or inconsistencies. Ensure compliance with
ISO 9001, GMP
(Good Manufacturing Practices) and AS9100. Execute quality audits and participate in root cause analysis to identify process deviations or non-conformities. Document inspection results accurately, collect data for analysis, and prepare detailed reports for quality management review. Collaborate with manufacturing teams to address quality issues promptly and implement corrective actions aligned with QA/QC standards. Support calibration and maintenance of measurement equipment to ensure ongoing accuracy and reliability. Skills Extensive knowledge of quality systems including ISO 9001 and AS9100. Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, vision inspection systems, and coordinate measuring machines (CMM). Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and recommend improvements. Experience conducting quality audits and implementing quality assurance protocols within manufacturing environments. Ability to perform detailed inspections while maintaining high attention to detail under tight deadlines. Excellent communication skills for documenting findings clearly and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
